“There are three things I appreciate most from Mark’s training… First, as a 52 year old man…. he focuses on what I need most: core fitness, balance, and strength training…. Second, and no less importantly, he makes me do things that if left on my own…. I simply would never do. Mark is very skilled at pushing me beyond my comfort zone. It’s easy to fall into a trap where you repetitively do what’s easy and familiar. The truth is, that without him… I wouldn’t push the bounds of my fitness envelope. Lastly, he is able to keep changing our workouts… muscle “confusion” is the obvious benefit….. less obvious, but just as valuable …are workouts that stay fresh so that I can remain both focused and engaged”
